“Number 1”  2013

This is where it all started.  I was waiting for the family to get ready to go to a wedding.  Just to pass the time I started sketching and came up with the idea of 2 robots.  One was the screen printer and the other the skateboarder.  I didn’t think much of it but when I came back to it a few days later I realized this “model” of robots could be in their own little world here on Earth.  The number 131 is the address where Broprints and Consolidated Skateboards manufacture all the printed merchandise.  And in a sense we are all the Robots doing all the work.  I’m very happy I had the few minutes to do that first sketch.
